What do you specialize in or focus on most in your role?
My primary focus is organization and customer care. I manage the communication flow, scheduling, and paperwork so homeowners feel informed and supported from the first call to the final invoice.
What’s one thing homeowners should know before starting a roofing project?
Customers should know we are here to support them and guide them with product knowledge options that are available with their roof installation. Ask away!
What do you enjoy most about working with customers at Platinum Roofing and Exteriors?
I truly enjoy working directly with our customers – maintaining open communication and ensuring they feel comfortable and excited about their home improvement project every step of the way. My goal is to create a smooth, positive experience.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Jeep Hair, Don’t Care ☺ I love cruising in my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with the doors and roof off, enjoying the fresh air in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Winter, no problem! With my mud terrain tires and 4X4 it’s a great ride all year round!
